<p>Can a seller sell their home to the person who is renting it?</p> <p>Will a lender approve a short sale if the buyer is the current renter? or does the property have to be &quot;listed&quot; for a certain time period before they will approve a short sale?</p>

<p>(It may not be advisable to publish this information with my name on it but this actually happened to me recently)&nbsp;</p> <p>While taking the e-PRO course, I was contacted by Z57, a website provider.&nbsp; After a long conversation with Nicole in sales in which she kept offering lower&nbsp;website prices and using high pressure marketing,&nbsp;I gave her my credit card number.&nbsp; Next she instructed me to go on line to view the terms of their website production contract.&nbsp; After reading the fine print, I decided not to click the button to agree to the contract terms.&nbsp; I explained that I wanted to complete the e-PRO course first.&nbsp;&nbsp;Since I never clicked the accept button, I thought I would not be charged.&nbsp;&nbsp;Several days later&nbsp;I learned&nbsp;that&nbsp;my credit card was billed for $348.00, an amount&nbsp;which was $150.00 higher than&nbsp;Nicole's final offer&nbsp;earlier.&nbsp; When I responded to an e-mail message from Z57 telling them I did not want their services, they said I must contact them by telephone&nbsp;for&nbsp;contract &quot;escalation.&quot;&nbsp;&nbsp; I did so and told them I want to cancel everything and not be billed by Z57 anymore.&nbsp;&nbsp;They promised to call me back in 24 hours but I never heard from anyone by phone or e-mail in the next 24 hours.&nbsp;&nbsp;I learned from the e-PRO course that I prefer to do business another company but I am now afraid of all of website companies except perhaps&nbsp;Point2 Agent.&nbsp;&nbsp;Does anyone have advice for me on&nbsp;getting my $348.00 and ending monthly billing from&nbsp;Z57?&nbsp;&nbsp;Do most&nbsp;website providers operate&nbsp;their businesses this way?</p>

<p>I just completed E-pro.&nbsp; My first priority is to get a permanent e-mail address.&nbsp; I purchased my domain from GoDaddy and my current e-mail address is through AOL.&nbsp; What do you think about purchased my permanent address from GoDaddy and how do I do it in conjunction with AOL?</p>
