I have provided professional services for 28 years and have experience in all aspects of real estate.  I have invested in land, multifamily properties and commercial office space. I have negotiated leases, business sales, and a wide variety of other contracts . I been a general contractor and built structures ranging from professional office space to high end luxury residential; I know buildings and am familiar with all phases of construction from the inside out!
